Secure Your Place on the Okanagan Pickleball Playground Waitlist

 Join the Waitlist Today

Our membership is currently full, with anticipated opening in December. We are now focused on expanding the Okanagan Pickleball Playground with two additional courts, and we're building a waitlist to help demonstrate the demand needed to move this next phase forward.

Our goal is to collect 120 names on the waitlist, showing strong community interest and supporting the development of our expansion plans.

Membership & Waitlist Deposit

Full membership is $1,200 plus GST.

To secure a position on the waitlist, prospective members are required to submit a non-refundable $100 deposit.

Waitlist priority is determined strictly by the date and time the deposit is received. As memberships become available, individuals will be contacted in waitlist order and provided with instructions to complete their membership registration.

Some memberships may become available prior to the expansion. If any of the 25 current deposit holders choose to defer their membership until the new courts are completed or decide not to proceed with membership at this time, those membership opportunities will be offered to waitlisted individuals based on waitlist priority.

As a member-run club, all members of the Okanagan Pickleball Playground are expected to contribute volunteer hours to help support club operations, events, and activities.

How to Join the Waitlist

Please send your non-refundable $100 waitlist deposit by e-transfer to:

Treasurer@okanaganpickleballplayground.ca

When sending your e-transfer, please include:

• Full Name
• Email Address

Please enter this information in the e-transfer message field so we can accurately record your deposit and confirm your place on the waitlist. Your deposit secures your position on the waitlist but does not guarantee immediate membership.

Important Information

• We anticipate opening the first four courts around December.
• Full membership fees will be due approximately two months prior to the opening date.

Thank you for your support. Every waitlist deposit helps demonstrate community demand and brings us one step closer to expanding the Okanagan Pickleball Playground with two additional courts for our growing pickleball community.
